I have an 07 LS coupe with 152,000 on it. Has anyone been in to the seatbelt retracters? Mine doesn't want to retract very good and it is aggravating. Always end up shutting the door on the seatbelt. I know these are supposted to have some kind of a charge that is supposed to retract the seatbelt hard in a crash, but not sure what to look for. Does it have the yellow wire like the airbags? Don't think the spring is broke, as it will slowly retract if you fight with it. Thanks for any help!

Long hair is these retractor's worst enemy. They get in and get tangled in the mechanism. You can try cleaning it but the real solution is to just change the whole belt assembly. Some belts are warrantied until 160000Kms if your in Canada because of the safety issue. But if that 152,000 is miles I'm affraid you're out of luck.
