My 07 cobalt shifts hard from 35 to 45 only. Any ideas? All connections have been cleaned, new maf sensor, no check engine lights.

I had it checked and guy said no codes for the transmission but ill get a second opinion because im thinking the same thing. Seeing as how i pulled every fuse tcm bcm ecm related, every connection underhood and inside the car, few other grounds twice. Swapped two different tcms also. The trans is great minus those speeds also it is worse going up hill. Guy that checked it i bought it off of so maybe hes not being honest. Ill give an update if i get it fixed. Open to all ideas in the meantime.

What gear is the transmission in the you feel the hard shift? Maybe you are feeling the torque converter clutch shifting in and out of of lock up erratically. If that's the case then a fluid and filter service helps greatly.
