If you're Naturally Aspirated (2.2L L61/LAP or 2.4L LE5), keep with the stock AC Delco Professional Platnums. If you're running the SS/SC and it is stock or just GM Stage II, keep with the stock plugs on those. The SS/TC I believe uses AC Delco irridiums.
If you're heavily modded and using forced induction, running a higher compression setup and you must use colder plugs, try sticking with NGK Iridiums.
Here was my first sideways issue, the anchor point, for part of the body parts. Good thing that was designed to be moved and it was two small bolts.
