I recently rplaced the airbags in my car (unfortunately my car did take a bump), this is something me and a buddy did ourselves (surprisingly it was relatively easy), but my steering wheel controls are locked in the down position. with a blade you can lift them up but they fall back down, making it impossible to change the info (my oil change setting is on because I forgot to reset with last oil change), its quite annoying. Do we have to take the wheel off again to see if theres a piece missing (doesn't make ssnese, since that part of the wheel was never touched). Or does anybody have advice on what could be wrong?

with the steering wheel i have(05 base) the cruise control buttons can be taken out. You have to get under the whole piece(no just the button that pushes in) and pull it out. Then you can disassemble it and see what's up
