It seems that none of the current vehicle anti theft devices are really foolproof

Use the Club..they cut the steering wheel in 22 seconds with a hacksaw..

Have On Star active...They rip the antenna off the roof or bust open the trunk and unplug the antenna and or remove or unplug the module

Etc,,,etc...

If a person wanted to park his vehicle in a restaurant or theater parking lot for hour or more what could he remove from under the dash or under the hood to keep vehicle from being starter?

Something quick and easy to remove and replace without tools

Any suggestions or ideas?

Thanks...frank n texas

We used to remove the crank fuse from my dads half ton so my step mother couldn't drive it just because he car was low on fuel. it'll crank til the battery dies or the wire burns off the starter but it wont start. you could also hide a toggle switch that controls power to the fuel pump, that's what I had done to my mustang :)

On my old car I would remove the inertia switch from the trunk when parking my car overnight somewhere. Fuel pump wouldn't run without it.

You could install a small hidden GPS (I believe Coby7 did this) or just get an alarm that alerts your fob with any vehicle motion alarms, etc.

But like money man said... no thief is going to know to search for a missing fuse or toggle.
