Yea, I think I will do that as I have one fogging up very slightly in a very new pair I bought a few months back, some clear silicone over the existing seal should do it right?

Looks like they go nice with a light colored finish. Mine is White.

I also wanted to see if I can add HIDs to these lamps, possible?

Good choice! I have the gen 2. I suggest you to buy headlights with HID because it will look way better. Don't buy gen 1 headlights because the installation is not plug and play.

Could I buy some HIDs from buyhids.com and add them to these?

Probably best to just contact them but as far as I know they can add HID's to any style headlight. Projectors FTW

I tell people to stay away from those ebay china projectors. get Retrofits! but the projectors are not ment for HIDs so the output is not what it could be and halogens melt the lenses. We do sell them however with LED and HID upgrades. We are also the ONLY place where you can buy them and they will be COMPLETELY Plug-N-Play. What does this mean? We install a OEM headlight harness and wire the halos/leds for you and install the HIDs so all you have to do it connect one plug for the headlights and 2 plugs for the HIDs. You will not find a better deal then that :)

Since I have the 06 model, My DRL is on the ambers, so I will have less problems since I dont have the half power headlight issue with HIDs

I plan on leaving my DRL fuse in, I would like the LEDs and Halos wired to the DRL, then the headlights regular, high and low like usual.

Do/Can you wire them this way and still have a plug 'n' play harness?

Yes but it will be a bit more as i have to make a harness to go to your DRL fuse.

Whats the price about? For a retrofit that will look like the ones I posted earlier, but with HIDs?
