2006 Cobalt, 2.2L, 75,000 miles. I've recently replaced the filter and plugs; I've cleaned the MAF; and replaced the throttle body. I replaced the TB because I got the codes for the Throtle position sensor and actuator. But after doing all that, the issue still remains. Only does it on days below freezing. Once again, it has to be below freezing, usually the teens or below for it to occur. The car will start fine, drive normal for about 15 - 20 minutes, and then it starts to choke itself out when I come to a stop. I'm trying to figure out the cause. The codes shown are P2101 and P1516. Sometimes it trips the reduced power engine sensor . This occurred late last winter, drove fine all summer, and now that we are hitting the cold days, it has started up again. So somehow the cold is triggering the throttle codes to be triggered. Any ideas of what is causing it and how to fix?

Thanks in advance.
