Ok, so i am looking at new wheels, they are steel wheels. I just have a few questions....

the dimension of the rim is 15x10.

What backspacing (1 1/2 to 7 inches) would I need to keep my stock turning radius?

next question, what size tires would i need to keep the same overall height, as to keep my speedometer correct? (I know, its a really wide rim, and Huge, non-lo-pro tires, but its what I like.)

I'd love any and all input!!!! thanks!!!!!!

As far as spacers go it depends on the off-set which you didn't mention.
What is your tire size now? So we can calculate the tire you need. Probably a 255/30 15 if they make such a beast. But honestly I don't think you will be able to fit a 10" rim. That is 3½" wider than stock. If you space it out so it don't rub inside it's going to rub outside. It might work but !!!!

Your OEM rims have an offset of 42. On a 10" rimyou will need a minimum of a 255 so take it from there.
