Just had some 18" enkei gf '1 put on the balt and was wondering will the factory tpms could be installed to the new rims? I really tired of my car telling me to service tire monitor and having the check tire pressure light on.

Yes... they will install in those wheels in place of the stock valve stems. If you have the 2 piece (silver metal) TPM's... get the tire dealer (or tire outlet) to replace the gasket set on each of them (sensors) when re-installing in other wheels. This will prevent any leak are dirt cheap and simple to replace. E-bay has them for about $3.00 a wheel. Local tire store will probably be cheaper. If you have the black rubber design, you will just need to replace the outside black rubber stem which detaches from the sensor. No gasket kit needed with this design as you replace the entire stem. Also very cheap.
I suggest re-balance wheel after TPS's are installed.
