I'm looking to buy new wheels. I'm wanting to go with the same size that i already have. I'm just getting tired of the same old look.
So the question is:
Do I have to buy new Tire pressure sensors or can I use the same ones i have in the new wheels?

Switch over from the stock wheels and recalibrate when installed on new rims. MAY need a "re-install kit" for the TPMS stems if you have the silver metal units or the new stem kit for the black rubber ones. Relax... VERY cheap and almost necessary to make a good seal and prevent air leaks at the stem. About 8-10 bucks (for all four) for the silver stems and about 3 bucks a piece for the black stems. ANY reputable tire outlet will have both in stock and knows what you want/need.
Post up your new wheels!
