I cant seem to find my thread I made about my trunk build. I got started Saturday at 730 in the morning cuttin away at MDF board. I got the floorboard done and wrapped in black vinyl. I also got one of my sub enclosures built. (not wrapped yet) and the amp and speaker installed.

List of things still to build and install

1) Wrap my finished box
2) build second sub inclosure
3) build and wrap both display cases.

Didnt get much done but with the deminsions I am going for and the cobalt trunk being very dificult with the cuts I had to make, it was a pretty productive day. I'll post pics in a little bit of my progress.

P.S. It took me until 800pm to get as far as I got!!!

Ok so here are some pics. The sub is suppose to be at a 45deg. angle but I need to do some more trimming due to the angles in the trunk!! Sorry for the mess. Didnt bother wiping down all the vinyl yet.

This one is one of the speaker boxes. As you can tell on the left sied it was cut off and then replaced. I went to the front yard to measure for the next peice and one of my retarded friends decided that the end needed to be chopped off. Well I had to turn around and liquid nail it back together!!!

This is just a random pic I toof of how we put the vinyl on. We used 3m spray glue on the face of the MDF and then stapled the sides for extra support.

And if you look closly in the frame of the trunk here you can see the modulator so I could use my stock stereo. Thanks M4E for the DIY on this. I used the Stinger modulator by the way.

And of course I couldnt leave out the camio shot of the Y C decal

Then theres my car club logo on the chevy emblem o nthe trunk.

And last but not least the good night pic before they went in the garage to be tucked in :)

I know all my dates are off. I need to adjust my camara since its new.

As soon as I get some free time from remodeling the house and such I'll be able to install the springs. I finally broke away from it all to do the trunk and I should have the springs done hopefully within the next couple or three weeks. I gotta finish the trunk this sunday. I think the two toned vinyl is gonna look sweet when finished. I got all the material in hand just not all the time hahaha. I'll tel lyou what though, That one 12 is beatin pretty damn hard as it is, cant wait to get the second one slapped in there.

It probably dosent help eiter that I have 35 series tires on it hahaha!!!! I need to upgrade for sure M4. I just bought those though and they werent cheap soI got about 15000 more miles before I can even consider changin over. I'll work with what I got for now I guess. I really need to get my springs installed and get a bodykit for it to bring the stance to normal height.
