Thats good news !! What do you think is max pressure?? Data reads 400 kpa .. I’ll up this to 420kpa but wonder what the limit is?? Does anyone know if the lsj alternator pulley has deep ribs on it? From pictures i can see it does but cant confirm if they are as deep as mine. I have been through 4 belts now all a little bit bigger , this one is holding up fine , but cant help but wonder if I should remove the ribs or switch alternator pulley.

Not entirely sure on the max available "capacity" of the fuel pump.

As far as the LSJ alternator pulley...couldn't say. I reused my factory alternator, albeit relocated using the LSJ bracket. I removed a rib off the Stage 2 belt in order for it to fit happily on the stock crank, alternator and AC pulleys.
