Hey,

I'm wondering if anyone here has any experience with these on a black LT sedan, thats what i've got and the window vents only come in "light smoke" i know that i could probably break out my can of NightShade spray and darken them up.. woudl that work? or would it just peel and chip off?

Also, would it look okay to only get the front vents, or should i get the front and back?

Thanks.

When I painted mine 8 years ago, I scuffed them with a special prep pad until dull, then I sprayed them with vinyl primer, then base coat and clear coat. They still look good.

I guess that depends. Do your passengers smoke too? I've got the weathertechs and even though the driver side one isn't seated properly, it still forms a seal and it still works great. My only complaint is that they don't go far out enough before curving downwards. I always wind up hitting my cigarette on the vents. You could probably use some sort of clear coat afterwards and that should do a good enough job. Coby sure got great results.
