my tires are 195/60/15's and i am in need of new ones THIS WEEK for sure, what tires are the best at increasing my mpg??

Both are great for mpg, both terrible for performance. Keep that in mind.

+1 for the Michelin Energy Saver A/S.
Get them in the same size you currently have.
They are better then the Goodyears that came stock. I saw improved grip, mpg and reduced road noise. Got no snow this year so can't coment on that but I don't see how they could be worse then the stock tires.

I have 30,000 miles on them and will be getting at least 30,000 more with even wear on all of them.

I'm getting about 4 mpg more now then this time last year, though all can't be from the tires alone, however they are probably the biggest contributing factor.
