wheres the fuel pressure sensor??

i have a 2005 Chevy Cobalt 2.2l base im trying to change out the fuel pressure sensor and everything i look at or watch says its on the charcoal canister but it isnt on mine. would it be on top of the fuel tank? is there anyway you can get to it without dropping the tank if it is? any suggestions?
