Yes, the '08/09 SS/TC upper grille will fit in your 06 LT's fascia.

If you are referring to CED's kit, you can buy just the upper grille from them.

The bottom grille is not the same between the SS and base LTs...BUT...for those that have an 08-09 LT with the Sport Appearance package (fascia looks like the SS/NA/Sport) then yes the lower grille will fit too.
